This is my perspective on fast-food. As I order a burger from any particular fast-food restaurant, this is the result of my order how it was made at that moment. No matter how much the advertisements strive to make them appear to be delicious, I, like many other burger-eating Americans, consider it to be false advertisement. The appearance may be captive on television and billboards, the taste is not that rich. Most fast-food restaurants use the colors red and yellow because they are strong vibrant colors and overpowering. I was conversely inspired to use more non-traditional colors in the background, to illicit different psychological viewer reactions upon seeing each burger. The color blue, for instance, typically connotes a feeling of security. When juxtaposed with a Big-Mac, however, the color emits a depressing aura and either magnifies or alters peoples' feelings on this American edible icon.
